Appointments and Reservations
We suggest booking appointments at least two weeks in advance. Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a credit card.
When to Arrive
We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your service to relax and fill out a brief intake form.
Arriving Late
Arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Missing an appointment, canceling or rescheduling an appointment within 24 hours will result in a fee equal to the value of the missed treatment.
Gratuities
Gratuities for service may be made at your discretion. 15% - 20% is customary.
Gift Certificates
Spa gift certificates are a wonderful way to give the gift of health, relaxation and beauty to the special people in your life. Gift certificates can be purchased for any dollar amount.
